Children’s classes are split into two programs: The Tumblebugs for preschool aged children and our Recreational classes for kids seven and older.
Tumblebugs and recreation classes focus on using all the traditional Olympic events: Floor and tumbling, bars, beam, rings and vault.
These events are lesson planned into skills and equipment appropriate for each age and level abilities.
